When I switch to SC data-all services I get US equities real data and 10 min delayed data on CME futures but when I switch to Rithnic Direct-DTC I don't get any data.
What you need to do is have a separate installation of Sierra Chart to use with the SC Exchange Data Feed. And then use your current installation for Rithmic. Or you can do it the other way around.

No this is not a problem:
I am with Discount Trading and I used to have a Rithmic portal connection appear on my dashboard when I open Sierra platform. I dont have it now, maybe this is a problem.
You are referring to the old bridge program which is no longer supported.

Also, regarding Rithmic, you really should use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME Group data rather than getting it from Rithmic because there are historical data issues from Rithmic. Documentation for Denali Exchange Data Feed:
