Hello,

I have an account with Amp, which I am not currently using.

I am currently trying out Apex funded trader evaluation/Ritmic paper trading. I know you do not support Rithmic, however I believe this is simply a service/configuration issue, not a technical issue?

Friday I successfully configured Sierra with the 'Apex funded trader evaluation/Ritmic paper trading' account/feed. All was working fine.

Today historical / current data download is a fail. I have blank charts & Dom.

I am currently in credit with my service package.

Below, I have the following message on my account, but surely this should not apply as I have set up for rithmic paper trading....

Please Note: Amp account funds deposited today

Please advise the best way forward so that I can trade Apex/Rithmic paper trading & reflect on historical data.
