The only issue we see in your log is related to the 3rd party study called "TicinoMath v4". You have the following messages from that study:
Chart: DXLG[M] 5 Min #2 | Study: TicinoMath v4 | Error: Offset to First Bar of Day is NULL.

We do not know if this is related to your issue of not seeing data or not, but we definitely recommend starting Sierra Chart in Safe Mode to remove 3rd party studies from your charts and then see if you are still having an issue or not. If things run fine in Safe Mode, then the problem would have to be the 3rd party studies. Refer to the following for how to start in Safe Mode:
