Your account is up to date in terms of the verification for the CME Group's non-professional status. You can always view the date for which you are verified at the following link:
The only reason why you would be getting delayed data when connected to the Trading Evaluator is if you are selecting the Trading Evaluator - Delayed instead of Trading Evaluator.
If you have selected Trading Evaluator and are not getting real-time data, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.
Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".
Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
