The log you are showing is from a Sub-Instance. If that is the where you are not getting the data, then the first thing to do is to see if you can get the data in the Main instance.

On your main instance of Sierra Chart open a new intraday chart for MNQ and see if you get the data for that symbol. If you do, then try again in the Sub-Instance to see if you then get the data or not.

If you are not getting the data in the Main Instance, then we need the Message Log from the main instance. If you are getting the data in the main instance, but not in the Sub-Instance, then we need to see the Message Log from the Sub-Instance.

In either case, follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

We will then determine what the problem is.
