According to your log, you are connected to CQG, but at least one of the symbols you are asking for is incorrect. Your log shows a chart for the symbol ESZ21-CME, but that is not the right symbol for CQG. Open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to update the symbols to the service that is set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service. -------------- Also, we see that you are on Package 11, but you do not have any of the Denali Exchange Data Feeds exchanges active. If you are wanting data from us through our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then be sure you go through all of the instructions for the particular exchange for which you want data.
