How does the time zone play a role in data feed and indicators? It can play a role in terms of some indicators being able to display properly or not, especially when the indicator is updating on a Daily basis, as the change in the time zone can cause issues with how it recognizes the beginning and ending of a trading day. But, it definitely should not make any difference in terms of the data itself loading. You should be getting the data regardless of the time zone setting of the chart.
