The first thing is to ensure that you are getting your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following information for the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds setting and the information regarding the [M] to tell you that you are getting Sierra Chart data:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

If you have the [M], then refer to the information at the following link for other items to check on:
