Hi John, Just using NQ as an example the min amount in the global symbol settings is set to 0 (same for MES for posterities sake). The server was set at 100. But, the box where it says "use custom symbol settings" is unchecked, is it supposed to be? Outside of that I went through the your the directions and nothing looked out of place. I've now logged in on both instances with my live account. And cycled through all of the SC data including the CME order routing server. None are giving me level 2. And let me be clear. I can see the bars on the side of the DOM. It's just not the DOM itself populating. I've can SS's if need be. Thank you
