Thank you for the reply John. I believe I've found the source of the delayed Equities data. Looks like I'm still classified as a Professional. My previous email was the reason of the Pro tag. I have updated my email and resubmitted the exchange agreements. What is the ETA to correct my status to non Professional and have my US data back to real-time? Thank you for the help. |
