My data is delayed.

My charts have been down since yesterday with delayed data. I've added my IB account for futures, signed the agreements. What am I missing? Please advise. Thank you.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution:

Thank you for the link. I added my IB account yesterday, did it not clear the verification? Also, my US equities is delayed, is this connected to my current issues?

First, let's look at the U.S. Equities. You should not be having any issues with the U.S. Equities. They should be coming in real-time.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Thank you for the reply John. I believe I've found the source of the delayed Equities data. Looks like I'm still classified as a Professional. My previous email was the reason of the Pro tag. I have updated my email and resubmitted the exchange agreements. What is the ETA to correct my status to non Professional and have my US data back to real-time?

You are correct, it is the Professional status.

My status has been updated to Non Professional, but data is still delayed. I've disconnected and reconnected from data as well as shut down Sierra.
