1. With 500 days per chart being loaded, it is going to take a long time, so 20-30 minutes would not be surprising. If you do not have them, then we recommend NVME SSD drives in order to improve the read-time from the drives. 2. If you are selecting the "Delate and Download" option on the right-click menu, then that is going to cause all the charts for that symbol to reload, as you are telling the system to delete some data from the data file for that symbol and then update the file. The other charts then need to update to get that new data. Why are you doing this "refresh"? You should not need to do this. If you feel that you need to update an indicator, then you would want to recalculate the data, in which case selecting Edit >> Reload and Recalculate is what you want to select.
