Thank you. I have purchased Level 10 and activated my Denali data. 1) Can I have the simulation mode on at all times or I need to switch to live trade account at times to ensure no extra exchange fees are charged? I do have an account with AMP and connected via CQG. 2) I see that at times, when I open a new chart book to load the data, It gets stuck in Downloading Continues Contract Data and will take forever to load. Is there a trick or trigger to get it started loading? 3) How do you know if the data is coming is live vs historical? Is there an icon to check? For example, do I get live feed for CFD NAS100? Thank you
