This does not have anything to do with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Given the messages you are getting, either you have the wrong symbol (which would be odd since you would not have had a reason to change it) or somehow you are not setup to get the data from CQG all of a sudden, which seems just as unlikely to have occurred.

Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
