I paid USD38.25 meant for USD35 for SC Real time data and USD3.25 for DOWI cash index. Please advice why i was deducted USD22? Ti is setup fee or something that is not mentioned? when i enable market data, it directed me to barchart asking me to sing off agreement for market data and it immediately deducted USD22.
