market data fee paid but can't activate exchange

Support, (a) I have paid USD38.25, but SC only deducted USD22. What is the payment of USD22 for? (b) Secondly in the account management, it said the agreement is being reviewed. I paid USD38.25 meant for USD35 for SC Real time data and USD3.25 for DOWI cash index. Please advice why i was deducted USD22? Ti is setup fee or something that is not mentioned? when i enable market data, it directed me to barchart asking me to sing off agreement for market data and it immediately deducted USD22. Only 22 was deducted from the Additional Services Balance because the market data feed feature has been activated in the middle of the month. We have activated the Dow Indices on your account. Support, If i choose SC Exchange data as Data/Trader Service , how am i able to connect to CTS real time data? I supposed i can find Cash Index activated in CTS just as Market statistics did. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-03-14 01:02:52
