You definitely should not be getting that error. Worst case, you should be asked to login to the Sierra Chart website. To get to the exchanges, do the following: - Go to https://www.sierrachart.com - Login to the website if you need to - Select Account Management >> Activate Services in the menu at the top of the page. - Scroll down to the section with the title: Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional): - Select the link in that section that states Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX] - Scroll down on that page to see the list of exchanges.
