We really apologize. This is a sad never-ending situation due to CME market data rules. We want to provide high quality and easy to use and reliable service but those rules constantly interfere with being able to do that and make it impossible to achieve in some cases. You need to be on a Service Package which includes the Denali data feed which you are and you also have to activate the exchanges that you require. The problem is you also have to verify you have a Live funded trading account, and earn2trade.com is not going to work.
