You are not getting any "live data" at least not from the CME Group.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:

Note that connecting to Apteros will not count towards a live trading account, so in order to use the real-time Denali data, you will need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect your Sierra Chart to. One option available to you is the following:

On a side note - you have activated both the Full CME Group with Market Depth and the Full CME Group (without Market Depth. You do not need to pay for both, as the one includes the other. You just need to decide if you need the Market Depth or not and deactivate the one you do not need. You can do this from this page:
