1. If we are understanding you correctly, your position is at a loss and then you are selecting "Move to Breakeven". Ignoring the offset for the moment, this would definitely close your position, as the Breakeven point is your original position buying point (assuming one buy order), which would be above the current price level. The offset could change where this lands exactly, but the offset would have to be large enough and negative to end up with the stop below the current price. 2. Assuming that the chartbooks are from the same instance of Sierra Chart, then the other thing to check is that the chart that is not showing the position is also in Trade mode.
