You need to start each instance by selecting the option for File >> New Instance. It will start the 2nd, then 3rd, etc. in order. You can NOT start the Sub-Instances by going to that folder and then running the executable directly. That would explain the issue you had previously, as when you do that, you are then running that instance as if it was a completely separate installation. When you run the sub-instance by selecting File >> New Instance the sub-instance is setup to get the data from the primary Sierra Chart that started it. Also, if you run the sub-instance all the time, then you can set them to start up automatically.
