The reason why you are seeing "The Denali Data Feed is Active" is because you are currently evaluating Package 12 until July 28, 2021. After that, it will not be showing that information. You are not getting any data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed - you would need to sign the agreements and activate the specific exchanges for which you want the real-time data. As we noted above, if you want the $VIX Index, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices. If you want the VIX Futures, then you would use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the CFE exchange. In terms of the CME Group data, the main issue would be the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced non-professional exchange fees. You can always pay the professional rates and get the data.
