We are not fully understanding your last question. Sierra Chart itself does not have a time synchronization. Where it becomes necessary, the time is pulled from the local computer. Therefore, we have an option to synchronize your computer time with our servers. Refer to the information here:
General Settings Window: Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)

But, if you are already synchronized to another time source (such as NIST), then you should be fine.
