There is no other possibility here. The exchange fee has to be paid for the CME to get real-time data for the service you are using. Refer to this thread:

If you do not want to pay the exchange fee, then disable use of the Sierra Chart data feed by selecting Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.
