Your VbP is correct. Note that the you can see the tail going down to where the data is. So you can see that the volume is decreasing significantly as you go back in time. This is because you are just looking at the M contract month.

To see all the data going back multiple years, you need to use a Continuous Futures Contract. Refer to the following:

With regards to the TPO Value Area Lines, it all depends on how you are setting this up. If you have a chart with both Day and Evening sessions, then it is best to just use one instance of the TPO Value Area Lines and then set the option for New Period at Day Session Start When Using Evening Session to Yes. Then you would get the Evening Value Area Lines displayed on the Evening session and the Day lines on the day session. Refer to the following:
