With regards to AMZN, it depends on what time of day it was. If that was during a trading halt, then that is why and it would correct when the trading started again. If, that is not the case, then it implies that you are having an issue with the connection to the data feed at that time. If you are continuing to see this, then we would need to see your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

With regards to TSLA, we do not know why you are getting that. We need to see the Message Log when that occurs. Follow the same instructions as above, but for the TSLA symbol.
