Do you have the Real-Time Price Multiplier or Historical Price Multiplier set to something other than 1? Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Real-Time Price Multiplier (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

If those values are 1, then you need to delete the data and redownload, as something is simply not right. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download

If that does not fix it, then you would need to ask TransAct about the data. Or switch to using the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
