thanks for your response. I've tried follow the steps as per the link you provided me here The Chart DOM Scale When I Autoscale it doesn't work. However interactive scale range unscrambles it as per the image attached. How can I just get one total value for that tick size now? Sorry I'm very untechy I'd love to get this working though..
