You are getting the following error:
TransAct WS | Account logon error: -1(-1)
Normally this means that TransAct needs to allow your account to use the websocket. Refer to the information here:
But, we just ran across a situation where an incorrect password was generating this same message.
So first, check with TransAct and see if they need to approve your account. If so, then that should be it. If it is already approved, then try re-entering your TransAct password on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings window.
