Your issue is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in a long time. Therefore, your verification for the non-professional status has expired, and you are setup to get data from the non-professional CME Group exchanges.

You need to connect to your account to fix this. It looks like you are with AMP, in which case, when they ended the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, they should have moved your account to CQG for order routing. If you do not have your CQG information, or have any clue what we are talking about, then ask AMP about this.

Once you get the CQG information, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

If you ARE NOT going to keep your Sierra Chart connected to CQG, then follow these instructions:

Otherwise, if you ARE going to keep your Sierra Chart connected to CQG, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to CQG symbols.
