I am not evaluating any packages 12 Our log shows that your account selected the option for "Evaluate Advanced Package". This is why you are set to evaluate Package 12 until May 11, 2021. It really does not impact anything, so you do not need to worry about it. Since i moved from AMP login to Sierra chart log in and all my chart book are frozen and can not get any to work You really did not need to change your accounts as you did, but this is fine. Just make sure that you are always logging in with the same account from which you have posted this Support Board posting. Given the above, do the following for us: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
