You have already paid for the live data and it is available to you until April 24, 2021, regardless of your connection to a broker, as we check your account one month in advance. In other words, the last time you connected to your AMP account with Sierra Chart was on March 24, 2021.

You should not have any problems getting into Sierra Chart. You may need to change your Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services if your AMP account is no longer valid, as you may be setup to connect to CQG. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Current Selected Service (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Service)

After you change your service, you will want to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to update the symbols to the current service selection.
