That symbol is a Premium which is composed of the two components. In order to get it to work you would need to have the Real-Time data for both items active. Therefore, you would need the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the ES and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the $INX.

You can attain a similar solution using the Custom Calculated Symbols and using the delayed data for the ES and the CFD symbol SPX500.

The stock index premium symbols are considered out of date and you need to used the new method described here:
