That symbol is a Premium which is composed of the two components. In order to get it to work you would need to have the Real-Time data for both items active. Therefore, you would need the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the ES and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the $INX. You can attain a similar solution using the Custom Calculated Symbols and using the delayed data for the ES and the CFD symbol SPX500.
