The symbols that you are referencing are for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. You can not use that service with AMP. AMP should have you setup with CQG for your order routing. If you do not have any information from AMP regarding your CQG account, then you will need to talk to AMP about that. Once you get the CQG information, then you will follow the Setup Instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you complete the above setup, you will then need to open your Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will translate the symbols you have for your charts to match the CQG symbols.
