Hi, I was on the CME group bundle with depth. I am not sure why it stopped. I had already activated everything previously. In December 2020 I funded a small account with AMP Futures (account 23922). I would like to continue with this data please. I was on some program where I have a small account with AMP and this allows me to get the data but without obligation to place trades. There was something about a TT fix (I don't know what this means sorry). Now when I look at the Sierra web site, at this link Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement the instructions mention CQG. Has this process changed? I don't recall anything about CQG before. Sierra kindly had sorted whatever needed sorting before and it was working fine. You mention that we need to activate exchanges, but when I tried to do this through the Sierra site, it would not let me. I'm at a bit of a loss regarding what to do next. I appreciate your help. Thanks.
