I followed the connect to my trading account instructions. However, it didn't connect...I used the data link labeled TransAct WS (trading) waited more than 10 seconds and reconnected---no change--still showing delayed.
You need to contact your broker and get this resolved. This is why you continue to receive delayed data. You need to connect to your trading account about once every month.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

You also have too many different exchanges activated. We are deactivating everything for renewal but:
