Based on your postings, if Sierra Chart is not shutting down, terminate the Sierra Chart process through the Windows task manager. But we do want to see a screenshot of what you are seeing so at least we can get an understanding of it. If it is a system issue, a system restart should be enough or just restarting Sierra Chart.
