First, when you change services, you need to make sure that you have updated the symbols. You should have received a notification at the time of the service change. If you did not update the symbols then, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to New Service in order to get the proper symbols for the current service setting. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Next, make sure you are not in simulation mode. Refer to the following:
Overview of Trading: Difference between Simulated and Non-Simulated Trading Modes

Finally, if all of the above is set, then when you place a trade and if it does not work, then go to your Trade Service Log (Trade >> Trade Service Log) and see what the message states as to why there is a problem. You can post it here for us to analyze if you need.
