Hi I just switched to subscibing to Sierra Charts directly instead of through Amp. I am trying the Denali feed but I'm trying to pullup an intraday chart on a daily time setting (1-0-0). I'm asking to display 2 year of data for the ES. When I did this is said it was loading the continuous contract, as I thought it would, but it took a very long time and when it was done loading I could not scroll through the chart. I was so slow. I also tried this when I was just using the CQG feed with the same results. I expected the Denali feed to be much quicker. My Data/Trade Service setting show my service as CQG WebAPI and I have Allow support for Sierra Chart data feeds set to yes. Is this correct, am I using the Denali feed? If it is correct, why is that chart so slow? Thank you |
