It does work properly. What you need to consider is that the Percentage is based on the price. In this case, you have a chart that has prices about 5.00, so 5% of 5.00 = 0.25, so the arrow would be placed at ~4.75. You just need to use a larger percentage, or stick with the # of ticks. # of ticks overall works better as the arrows tend to stay in a better position while changing scale.
