I just installed version 1093 and tried using OEC historical and SC historical - tried delete/download data using both options and no data is downloaded. In the case of the Sierra Chart Historical Data service, you need to use a two digit year. The reason for the missing data has to do with a problem with the OEC FIX simulation server not being available. We have reported the problem to OEC. So this is an OEC issue.
