Yesterday morning I heard from AMP it will 'probably' be next week when trading is re-enabled. They mentioned TT/AMP needs the weekend to work through all the issues. It's now Thursday near close of day so I think that is likely. Plan accordingly... IMHO AMP has a chance to salvage their reputation and potentially their business with how they handle this. It's highly disappointing the CEO hasn't communicated to it's customers about this disaster. My experience is that people are generally patient and understanding if the communication and path to a fair resolution is solid. Someone above mentioned a class action lawsuit, if they don't make their customers whole and get in front of this, that's a certainty. This has affected *thousands* of customers and the amount of capital loss isn't small... |
