We think the issue you are having is just that you need to wait for 10 minutes for the chart bars to start moving. When you first open Sierra Chart it is going to download the historical data, which will take you up to the current time. Then you will start to get the delayed streaming data, but you need to wait for the first 10 minutes to pass before the chart bars will start updating again, as they are showing ahead of where the data stream is. One way to know that this is the situation is if the Price in the price ladder is changing but the bars are not updating. Also, if you have bars that are more recent than the last 10 minutes. If this is not the issue, then we would need to see your Message Log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
