With Regards to Post #17: Are you changing the symbols when you switch between the services? They each use a slightly different symbol format, and when you change the Service and select OK on that window, you should get a prompt that asks if you want to update the symbols to the current service, in general, you should say Yes to this. If, for any reason, the symbols are not updated, then use the option "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
