The CME Group rules are that in order to qualify for the Lower Priced Non-Professional exchange fees, you need to have a funded trading account. We validate this electronically by having you connect to your trading account at least once a month. If you do not have a trading account and you need to have the Real-Time data, then you would need to pay the Professional exchange fees. If you are just wanting data to study, then we recommend using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed that is included with a Sierra Chart package. Refer to the information here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed If you end up not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then make sure you change your package to Package 3. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
