I purchased the 3 month package with Denali data feed and still experiencing 10 minute delay. Is there a reason? I apologize as I don't understand what I'm doing wrong or understand what else I need to do. Attached screenshot.

You need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will find these here:

It's telling me that I'm being denied because I don't have a trading account -- I just want the live data to study. I'm not trading with AMP, I have issues funding that account.

The CME Group rules are that in order to qualify for the Lower Priced Non-Professional exchange fees, you need to have a funded trading account. We validate this electronically by having you connect to your trading account at least once a month.

If you do not have a trading account and you need to have the Real-Time data, then you would need to pay the Professional exchange fees.

If you are just wanting data to study, then we recommend using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed that is included with a Sierra Chart package. Refer to the information here:

If you end up not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then make sure you change your package to Package 3.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

Sorry to chime in on your post. Ive been trying to get connected for several days and I have a funded account at AMP. Ive talked to AMP and Ive talked to SC and they both say the problems at the other end.

Regarding post #5, the problem is that AMP did not activate any real time CME exchanges for you. They need to do that on the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
