Everything looks good on our end. You are all setup to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and AMP has enabled the Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals exchange for you. You could not access the exchanges as AMP manages that for you, so if you want to make changes you will need to let AMP know to make the change for you.

You should be receiving the Real-Time data. The most common reason why you would not be is that you do not have the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled. Be sure that option is enabled. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)
