Your setup all looks correct and good on our end.

Usually when this occurs it is because the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chat Data Feeds is not enabled. Check that setting and make sure it has the checkmark next to it. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

If that is enabled and you are still only getting delayed data, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
