As per the second answer, user teamjream has about 6 windows under his chartbook, and even when I translate the symbols, nothing happens. His chart book/setup is one of the main reasons I have taken up Sierra chart and nothing seems to be working at the moment which is a bit frustrating. Regarding this, open the Chartbook. Select Window >> Cascade so that all of the windows are within view. Go to one of the charts and follow the instructions below: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
